O grupo de pesquisa “Global Knowledge Research Network”, com membros de mais de 30 pa\u00edses, iniciou uma revis\u00e3o do estado atual das pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o do conhecimento na pesquisa acad\u00e9mica, bem como na pr\u00e1tica organizacional, pretendendo identificar os desafios e necessidades de pesquisas futuras na \u00e1rea da gest\u00e3o do conhecimento.<\/p>\n
Ao estudar esta problem\u00e1tica, pretendeu-se dar um contributo para a melhoria da gest\u00e3o do conhecimento nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es portuguesas e, assim, contribuir para o desenvolvimento de performances mais talentosas, capazes de serem fonte de vantagem competitiva e de melhorarem a performance dos neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n
Deste modo, procur\u00e1mos lan\u00e7ar as bases para o conhecimento alargado da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o do conhecimento em Portugal, com vista \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de futuras a\u00e7\u00f5es que permitam a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o do conhecimento de forma mais competitiva.<\/p>\n
