Sobre o Projeto:<\/h3>\n

O projeto RICDSS tem como objetivo criar um sistema para desenvolver e apoiar o capital intelectual regional, com especial \u00eanfase na administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

Com base em pesquisas anteriores, o cons\u00f3rcio do projeto identificou o capital intelectual como um recurso estrat\u00e9gico com atributos particulares que t\u00eam o potencial para aumentar a produtividade dos processos da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, melhorar a intera\u00e7\u00e3o e rela\u00e7\u00f5es com os cidad\u00e3os de uma regi\u00e3o e contribuir para melhorar a tomada de decis\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica e econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n

O RICDSS tem como objetivo estabelecer uma terminologia, bem como m\u00e9todos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do capital intelectual em cinco regi\u00f5es da Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/p>\n

O projeto foi candidato ao Programa H2020, n\u00e3o tendo sido financiado.<\/p>\n
