Sobre o Projeto:<\/h3>\n

O principal objetivo \u00e9 estabelecer o CATALYST – Centro de Excel\u00eancia Vocacional em 5 pa\u00edses para dar apoio, criar uma oferta educacional para abordar o desenvolvimento pessoal e organizacional e abra\u00e7ar a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o nas PME, permitindo-as e inspirando-as a repensar e a redesenhar os seus modelos de neg\u00f3cios, co-criando e compartilhando entre organiza\u00e7\u00f5es educacionais e empresariais.<\/p>\n

O projeto promove a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e o conhecimento aplicado em abordagens de aprendizagem e programas VET personalizados, bem como o apoio \u00e0s PME na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n

  • 5 CoVEs e a rede CATALYST ancorados ao ecossistema europeu de VET.<\/li>\n
  • 70 cursos VET para profissionais e estudantes qualificados.<\/li>\n
  • Co-criar e difundir conhecimento aplicado inspirando parcerias entre neg\u00f3cios e educa\u00e7\u00e3o envolvendo estudantes, profissionais e as PME.<\/li>\n
  • Criar a plataforma CATALYST que unir\u00e1 todos os CoVEs a n\u00edvel europeu.<\/li>\n
  • Implementar forma\u00e7\u00f5es VET, projetos-piloto com PMEs e projetos conjuntos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aplicada em setores selecionados.<\/li>\n
  • Aumentar a consciencializa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o potencial que os CATALYST CoVEs t\u00eam e aumentar a procura e a atratividade dos VET.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
