About the Project:

The ICMA project aimed to develop a methodology for the accreditation / certification of the intellectual capital management of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

The ICMA methodology is a process where a collegial body recognizes that a particular company has the capacity to manage their intellectual capital.

The ICMA methodology results from the evolution of an academic methodology to a practical methodology that can be operationalized in a business context.

Outputs:

As outputs of this project were created the foundations for the development of the Portuguese Standard and the European Standard of the intellectual capital management for SMEs.

Also, scientific articles were published and a scientific conference was held: the Global Forum of Intellectual Capital (GFIC 2015).
