Start Date:

01/2014

End Date:

11/2015

About the Project:

The project RICDSS aims to create a system to develop and support regional intellectual capital with particular emphasis on public administration.

Building on prior research, the project consortium identified intellectual capital as a strategic resource with particular attributes that have the potential to enhance the productivity of public administration processes, improve the interaction and the relations with citizens of a region and contribute to a more democratic and economical decision making.

RICDSS aims to establish a terminology, as well as methods of evaluation, management and reporting of intellectual capital in five regions of the European Union.

The project was a candidate for the H2020 Program, having been rejected for funding.

Outputs:

As an output of this project, a network was created among the project participants, which has allowed scientific collaboration in several areas.
